Initial Consultation
During the initial consultation, we meet with potential clients at their home to discuss what their renovation goals are. We go through to see what is, and what is not working for the homeowners. This, along with budget, gives us a direction for the design of the renovation.
Estimation & Design
After the initial consultation, our team can get busy designing the space to fit our client's specific needs and wishes. Our in-house interior designer can help the clients navigate the sea of material selections and design choices to help create the space of their dreams. We can provide floor plans and 3-D models to help customers visualize their space. After the design is finalized, we provide our customers with very detailed estimates that are easy to follow and allow the customer to see the cost of each specific task.
Project Planning
Once the client has reviewed and approved the project estimate and design, our team can begin scheduling trades and ordering the necessary materials for the project. During this time our team will also pull the appropriate permits necessary for the project. Any final design selections will be ironed out so that construction can proceed in a streamlined manner in order for the project to be completed on budget and on time!
Construction
Before construction begins, our team will come in to cover and protect the necessary areas so that the rest of your home is undisturbed during the renovation process. Once the home is prepped and ready, we can answer any final questions you may have about the project and review the tasks to be completed. After completion of the renovation, we will give the newly renovated space a thorough cleaning (along with any other areas) so that you can immediately start enjoying your new and beautiful space!
